The NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2025 is being conducted for 91 vacancies across the following services:

Each discipline has its own eligibility and duties focusing on rural development, financial inclusion, and policy implementation.
Assistant Managers (Grade A) in NABARD play a key role in the development of India’s rural and agricultural sector. Their responsibilities include:
Implementing rural development and agricultural finance programs.
Coordinating with state governments, banks, and NGOs to ensure smooth credit flow to rural areas.
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on development schemes and financial assistance projects.
Assisting in policy research and formulation related to agriculture, rural industries, and small enterprises.
Managing financial operations, loan sanctions, and documentation in their assigned department.
Supervising staff, maintaining reports, and ensuring compliance with NABARD guidelines.

Regional Offices across all states and union territories
District Development Offices (DDOs) in rural areas
Transfers are a regular part of the service and may occur anywhere in India based on organizational requirements.
Probation Period: 2 years (extendable by 1 additional year)
Training: Comprehensive induction training is provided covering:

IT systems and e-governance practices

Work is primarily office-based, involving analysis, reporting, and coordination.

🔹 1. Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)
Involves project financing for agriculture, small industries, and rural infrastructure.
Appraisal and monitoring of development projects.
Evaluation of credit policies and loan disbursement efficiency.
Collaboration with government schemes like PM-KISAN, RIDF, etc.
🔹 2. Rajbhasha Service
Translation of official documents, circulars, and correspondence between English and Hindi.
Promotion of Hindi as the official language in NABARD offices.
Ensuring compliance with the Government’s Official Language Policy.
Assisting in organizing Hindi workshops and administrative activities.
🔹 3. Protocol & Security Service (P&SS)
Managing protocol duties such as official events, dignitary visits, and coordination with security agencies.
Maintaining security arrangements in NABARD premises.
Liaising with law enforcement and administrative authorities.
Typically filled by ex-servicemen or officers from Defence/Police/Paramilitary backgrounds.
The promotional hierarchy in NABARD is as follows:
Assistant Manager (Grade A) → Manager (Grade B) → Assistant General Manager (Grade C) → Deputy General Manager (Grade D) → General Manager (Grade E) → Chief General Manager (Grade F) → Executive Director
Promotions are based on seniority, performance appraisals, and departmental examinations.
